Kia ora, I’m Heather Todd, a Holistic Counsellor.
I’ve been supporting clients with their emotional health in private practice since 2006. I help people feel more at ease within themselves, rather than stressed, stuck, or overwhelmed.
My approach combines practical, evidence-based techniques with a deep respect for your unique experiences and needs.

If your issue feels too painful or private to talk about, don’t worry. The support I provide is trauma-informed and client-centred, which means:

- you’ll have choice and control over how we work together

I offer online counselling and therapy, using evidence-based approaches to support emotional healing and wellbeing. Sessions are available throughout New Zealand and Australia, with in-person HeartMath® sessions available in Lower Hutt International sessions are available by arrangement.
